INQUEST.
An inquest was opened at the Perth Police Court, yesterday afternoon, before the Coroner Mr. G. W. Leake, P.M., and a jury consisting of Messrs. John Arnold (foreman), Baldwin Sterling, and James Wea
r, upon the body of a young man named William Lally who was found drowned in the drain at Claisebrook. The jury having proceeded to the dead house at the Colonial Hospital to view the body, the inque
st was adjourned till eleven o'clock this morning.
